This ventriloquist figure by showman Diego Schulze probably dates from the 1920s. The face was heavily colored for the long-distance effect at the fair. The movable mouth is designed with large red lips, the glass eyes are framed with large eyebrows. Today, the mouth can no longer be moved. There is a hole in the back of the figure through which the player moved the figure with his arm. (23.11.2024 MP)
