Object description
This figurine is probably a stick figurine from the Wayang Kulit Theater in Indonesia. It is possible that the depicted character is one of the Pandawas brothers or Pandudewanata. The white color of the figure's face and its hairstyle could help to identify the character. The shadow figure made of parchment has three guide rods, one on each hand and one main guide rod. The parchment is perforated in many places. The figure is designed in gold, red and black, with smaller areas in white and green. (07.04.2025, EF)
