Object description
This glove puppet depicts a white dog with an open mouth in which the large red tongue can be seen. The hand puppet is made of soft, fluffy fabric. A sewn-in label refers to the Ottilie Kürschner workshop in Hohnstein. According to the expert Jürgen Maaßen, it is said to be a special production in white from the 1970s, which was only made for the Hohnstein stages. Otherwise, the dog would have been made of brown fabric. The design came from Friedel Kostors. The dog itself was sewn by Irma Priese. (15.05.2025, MP)
